You may pay by credit card\, mail a check or drop your payment off at SCACOC\, 960 Plaza Drive Suite H\, St. Clair\, MO 63077\n\n\n\nIn addition to shopping\, food and music\, enter a pumpkin in the Pumpkin Decorating Contest.  Categories are Carved and Painted.  Bring your pumpkin ready to be judged.  Everyone gets to vote!  Winner announced onstage at 6:30 PM.  For more information call Donna @314-803-7331\n\n\n\nOnstage Costume Contest will begin @7:30 PM.  Categories include Best Broom\, Best Hat\, Best Cackle\, and Best Overall.  No pre-registration necessary...register the night of the event.\n\n\n\nOther activities include...Fortune Teller\, Palm Reader\, Games and LOTS OF FUN!

LOCATION:Plaza Drive\, St. Clair MO Plaza Drive will be closed to traffic from Plaza Drive entrance to Country Mart to the entrance to St. Clair Laundromat. Entrance to Plaza Drive will be closed at the juncture of Paul Parks Drive. Traffic will be diverted to alternate entrances to these businesses...NOTE: NO BUSINESSES WILL BE CLOSED IN THE PLAZA AREA...
