It's that time of the year again...the Chamber Annual Float at Old Cove Canoe!
The July meeting has been scheduled as an evening business afterhours float trip for the past four years.  It's always a fun time...sometimes even in the rain.  Old Cove Canoe Rental hosts this event, Bob and Pat's set up their BBQ stand for us, the chamber provides snacks and drinks and all who attend provide the fun and networking that takes place during the late afternoon and evening. Kayaks are put in at 4:00 PM and taken out around 6:00 when the meal will be ready.  Don't float...Don't worry...there will be others who will stay around under the tent and around the river area talking, eating snacks, and waiting for those floating to return.  Floaters  must be there by 4:00...others not going out on the river can come at anytime between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.  If you wish to bring your own canoe please make a note when you register for the event and email instructions will be sent to you where to drop off prior to meeting at Old Cove at 4:00 PM
