Event Starts at St.Clair Elementary School Cafeteria and Ends at Scenic Regional Library - St. Clair Branch
Come join this unique Halloween activity for children 12 and under. Chief Mike Wirt will greet all participants with a short safety presentation to start our Boo & Book event.  All children participating will be given a Boo card that will tell what businesses are participating in the Boo & Book event.  They can visit all businesses on their Boo Card if they wish but must visit a minimum number designated on their card to redeem their book and free food and drink after the event.  The minimum visits will be determined by the number of participating merchants.  Each participating business will be prepared to hand out Halloween treats at their storefronts when presented the Boo Card.  Each card must be stamped by the business to receive credit for a Boo visit. Free book from the library, hot dog, chips, and a drink can be redeemed with a completed Boo Card.  Food and Drink will be available for purchase by family members and friends accompanying the participants.  ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE DRESSED IN COSTUME AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT TO PARTICIPATE.
