Our October meeting will be held at the St. Clair Scenic Regional Library - St. Clair Branch in meeting rooms A&B.  Our featured speaker will be Mike Welty, City Administrator.  Mr. Welty will be sharing from the city's strategic plan including its vision and means to achieve the goals and objectives set.  This would be a great time to ask the questions you have regarding current or future projects for the City of St. Clair.
