Get ready for a fun-filled day with your pup at Strut Your Mutt 2025! Register your dog and join us at Rennick Riverfront Park in Washington, MO, on April 26, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM for a celebration of our furry friends, all while supporting Franklin County Humane Society (FCHS).

 

 Event Highlights:

A short dog parade around the park, with special recognition for FCHS alumni pups!
Exciting dog demonstrations from Present Moment Yoga instructor Melissa Duchatschek, local trainers, and the Franklin County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit.
Fun contests including Best Costume, Musical Chairs, Best Trick, and more!
Pet-related vendor booths for shopping.
Lunch refreshments available for a $6 donation (100% benefits FCHS).

Can’t make it to the event? You can still support FCHS by purchasing tickets for our online 50/50 raffle! Last year’s winner took home $1,576—help us make this year’s jackpot even bigger! The winner will be drawn on April 28, 2025, and notified by phone.

 

 Important Registration Info:

Dogs must be registered to participate in the parade and contests.
All participating dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
Registration is non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may pick up your wag bag at FCHS by May 10, 2025.

10:30 AM – Check-in, vendor booths, contest sign-ups, and meet the Dry Creek Bloodhounds.
11:15 AM – Strut Your Mutt Parade around the park.
11:35 AM – Franklin County Sheriff’s K-9 Demonstration.
11:55 AM – Musical Chairs & Best Trick Contest.
12:15 PM – K-9 Training Demonstration.
12:40 PM – Canine “Cup” Contest.
1:00 PM – Dog Yoga with Present Moment Yoga.
1:20 PM – Best Costume Contest & Treat Jar Winner Announced.
