Taste of Belly Dance
Enjoy the health and fitness benefits of dance while experiencing the music and culture of the Middle East! In this ?taster? class, Saturday June 13 at 3pm your instructor Nisaa will teach the origins of bellydance, guide you through a warm-up, introduce the basic postures, teach foundational hip and torso movements and guide you through your first belly dance to Middle Eastern music!
